At The M.E.C., we’re committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and
professional environment for all patients and visitors.
Please take a moment to review and follow our visitor guidelines to
help us maintain the highest standards of care and safety.
Visiting Hours

Monday–Friday:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Saturday: Closed
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
- (Hours may vary based on medical emergencies or physician schedules.)
Visitor Policy
- Each patient may be accompanied by one visitor during consultations, unless prior approval is given.
- All visitors must check in at the reception desk upon arrival
- Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
- Visitors showing signs of illness (fever, cough, flu-like symptoms) may be asked to postpone their visit for everyone’s safety.
Health - Safety
- Face masks may be required in designated areas based on current health protocols.
- Please sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the facility.
- Avoid touching medical equipment or supplies unless instructed by staff.
- Follow all posted safety notices and staff directions at all times.
Privacy and Conduct
- To protect patient confidentiality, photography, video recording, and live streaming are not permitted inside the clinic.
- Keep mobile phones on silent in consultation and treatment areas.
- Maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere for patients and staff.
- Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Parking and Access
- Visitor parking is available in designated areas.
- Do not park in reserved or emergency vehicle zones.
- Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS)
- Accessibility assistance is available at the front desk upon request.
